Overview: As a Business Analyst specializing in Real Estate, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing market trends, financial data, and operational metrics to drive strategic decision-making within our real estate division. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth, optimize processes, and enhance the overall performance of our real estate portfolio.

Responsibilities:

1. Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential investment opportunities in the real estate sector.

2. Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate the feasibility of real estate projects, including ROI analysis, cash flow projections, and sensitivity analysis.

3. Performance Metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks to measure the performance of real estate assets, and provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders.

4. Risk Assessment: Assess and mitigate risks associated with real estate investments, including market volatility, regulatory changes, and economic uncertainties.

5. Portfolio Management: Collaborate with portfolio managers to optimize the performance of existing real estate assets, including lease renewals, property renovations, and tenant relations.

6. Strategic Planning: Support the development of long-term strategic plans for real estate expansion, acquisition, and disposition, based on thorough market analysis and financial modeling.

7. Stakeholder Communication: Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to senior management and other stakeholders, effectively communicating complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

8. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance operational efficiency, and leverage technology to improve the overall effectiveness of the real estate division.

Salary :
