Job Summary: As a Regional Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service to our guests and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. You will be responsible for various tasks, including taking orders, preparing food, serving guests, and maintaining cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Take and accurately process guests' orders through the POS system, ensuring accuracy in item selection and customization.
  • Prepare food and beverages according to company standards and recipes, following proper food safety and hygiene procedures.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations.
  • Monitor and replenish supplies as needed, such as utensils, napkins, and condiments.
  • Handle cash and card transactions efficiently, maintaining accuracy and integrity in all monetary transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely service during peak hours.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by the restaurant management team.
