Job Summary: As the Senior Leasing Manager - Retail, you will be responsible for overseeing the leasing activities of our retail properties, maximizing occupancy, and driving revenue growth. Leveraging your industry expertise and network, you will develop and implement strategic leasing plans to attract and retain high-quality tenants, ensuring the continued success of our retail portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive leasing strategies to optimize occupancy and rental income for retail properties within the portfolio.
• Identify potential tenants, negotiate lease terms, and secure new leases and lease renewals in alignment with company objectives and market conditions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, brokers, and industry partners to expand the network and attract top-tier brands and businesses.
• Conduct market research and analysis to assess demand trends, competitor activity, and pricing dynamics, informing leasing decisions and strategy development.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including property management, marketing, and finance teams, to coordinate leasing efforts and ensure seamless tenant transitions.
• Prepare leasing proposals, lease agreements, and related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and track leasing performance, vacancy rates, and market benchmarks, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging market opportunities, and regulatory changes affecting the retail leasing landscape, adapting strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in retail leasing, with a proven track record of success in leasing high-profile retail properties in the UAE or Gulf region.
• Strong understanding of the local retail market dynamics, including consumer preferences, competitor analysis, and emerging trends.
• Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-making among tenants and stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and leasing management software.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven approach to leasing and portfolio management.
