The role of this position is responsible for the site financial management of MEP systems throughout the execution phase of construction projects. This role ensures that all MEP-related costs are controlled, documented, and aligned with the projects budget and contractual agreement.

• Minimum 5-year experienced in MEP Quantity Surveying – Post Tender/On Going Project
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Quantity Surveying 
• Additional QS Certification is a Big Plus!
• Works on MEP Sector and not Civil
• Able to extract quantities accurately
