Responsibilities:

• inspect sites regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance.
• Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work based on forecasted workloads.
• Oversee the efficiency of operational processes.
• Research methods to enhance maintenance operations and reduce costs.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Supervise and train maintenance technicians.
• Follow up on all project activities.
• Inspect and maintain building systems (heating, ventilation, etc.).
• Monitor inventory of materials and equipment.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
• Proficient in using maintenance software.

Salary :
