We are seeking a proactive and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruitment across the real estate, oil & gas, and construction sectors. An understanding of GCC markets and client requirements will be highly advantageous. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent to meet the organization’s evolving needs in these competitive industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:
    • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for roles within the real estate, oil & gas, and construction sectors.
    • Engage with passive and active candidates through a variety of channels, including social media, job boards, industry events, and recruitment agencies.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management:
    • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment on candidate profiles.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with GCC-based clients, providing tailored recruitment solutions that meet specific regional needs.
  • Screening & Selection:
    • Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Utilize behavioral and technical assessment methods suited to the industries, ensuring high-quality hires.
  • Process Optimization & Reporting:
    • Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
    • Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, quality of hire, and diversity metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on real estate, oil & gas, and construction industries.
  • GCC Market Knowledge: Prior experience in recruiting for GCC-based clients is highly preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong understanding of industry-specific roles and technical requirements.
    • Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary :
