We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Facilities Management Director with a proven track record in overseeing the facilities operations of retail Especially in Hypermarkets, Malls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of all physical assets, systems, and services to maintain a safe, secure, and well-maintained environment for tenants and visitors.


Salary: SAR Max 40,000

Location: Riyadh


Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive facilities management strategies aligned with the business objectives of retail malls.
  • Collaborate with senior management to establish long-term plans for facilities enhancement and optimization.

Operations Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of facilities, including maintenance, security, cleaning, and landscaping.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards related to safety, security, and environmental sustainability.

Vendor Management:

  • Identify, contract, and manage relationships with external service providers, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Negotiate and review service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure cost-effectiveness and high-quality service delivery.

Budget Control:

  • Develop and manage the facilities management budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost control.
  • Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting related to facilities operations.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and inspire a cross-functional facilities management team, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and customer service within the facilities team.

Emergency Preparedness:

  • Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of all occupants during critical situations.
  • Conduct regular drills and training sessions for facilities staff.

Sustainability Initiatives:

  • Drive sustainability initiatives and practices within the facilities management framework, promoting energy efficiency and environmentally responsible operations.

Tenant Relations:

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with leasing teams to support tenant onboarding and retention efforts.



  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience 10+ in a senior facilities management role, preferably within the retail such as supermarkets and hypermarkets
  • In-depth knowledge of retail mall operations, including familiarity with HVAC systems, security protocols, and maintenance best practice
