Salary: SAR 35,000 - 40,000

Operational

• Manage and oversee daily operations related to transportation and operations in the Western Region, ensuring operational efficiency and performance improvement while adhering to the company’s policies and standards. The role includes leading and developing the team, as well as
• achieving operational and financial objectives aligned with global standards in the logistics and transportation sector.

• Supervise daily operations and manage logistics activities related to transportation in the region
•  
• Ensure the effective implementation of approved transportation policies and procedures.
•  
• Optimize operational processes and reduce costs through logistics data analysis.
•  
• Develop and execute operational plans to achieve regional objectives.
• Develop contingency plans to handle crises or operational disruptions.

Team Management:

• Develop contingency plans to handle crises or operational disruptions.
• Organize regular training programs for the team to enhance skills in line with the latest standards.
• Monitor individual and team performance by defining and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as delivery time, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction

Reporting & Communication:

• Prepare regular reports on regional transportation performance and submit them to senior management.

• Provide recommendations for process improvements based on data and analysis.
•  
• Communicate with clients and contracted companies to ensure their logistics requirements are met

Performance & Quality Improvement:

• Monitor customer satisfaction and work on improving service quality.
• Ensure full compliance with local and international transportation regulations
• and policies.

Candidate Requirments:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the transportation or logistics sector
• Proven experience as a Regional Manager with the ability to manage a large team exceeding 100 employees.
